Lead times vary depending on the type and size of machine ordered. Standard lead times are 14 to 18 weeks.
What size do I need?
Sizing depends on type of application, influent solids %, volatile solids %, how much sludge you want to process, and how often. With a simple conversation we can get you a budgetary proposal quickly.

Do operators have to babysit the press?
No! We understand the importance of having a machine that runs consistently without constant operator attendance. We even have installations that run overnight without operator attendance. If there is an upset, the machine would just shut down. No mess.
Is there training available?
Each standard order of a Rotary Fan Press comes with minimally 24 hours of instructor and hands on training. Additional training can be contracted by contacting us or our service department.
Are there a lot of wear parts?
The Rotary Fan Press has one standard low-cost wear part. The machine is built to increase a customer’s sustainable attributes. Maintenance is minimal in comparison to other mechanical dewatering equipment.
