Prime’s lab offers a free sludge feasibility analysis to determine the effectiveness of the Prime Rotary Fan Press on your particular application. The next step is to see it in operation at your facility.

1. Request a free sludge sample kit and send it back to us so we can understand how to best optimize our equipment with your sludge/slurry.
2. Work with your Prime Representative to ensure all required electric and water hook-ups are available.
3. Provide a method for disposing of processed sludge/cake solids.

During an on-site pilot demonstration Prime Solution will take samples and provide you with a pilot report that includes thorough results from Prime’s lab on how your sludge preformed using the Rotary Fan Press
